Electronic Prescriptions are now available - Please go along to your chosen pharmacy to fill our your nomination forms. We will then be able to send your prescription directly to your Pharmacy electronically.
As from the 1 April 2015 all patients have to have an accountable GP who will be responsible for patients overall care at the practice. Iif you wish to know who this is please contact the practice. Please note this may not be your usual GP, however your named GP will take the lead responsibility for the coordination of all services required under the contract and ensure they are delivered where required.
Due to Covid-19, Face-to-Face appointments with a GP will only be offered after clinical triage.
Telephone appointments/video consultations with a GP are still being offered as normal.
